Friendly Reminder for Graduation Families
Posted Date: 06/03/26 (12:35 PM)
Dear Parents and Families,
As we prepare for graduation, we want to remind everyone about seating, our clear bag policy, items to leave at home, and security screening procedures.
Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. No tickets are needed for entry.
We respectfully ask all guests to remain in their designated seating areas during the ceremony and to avoid using artificial sound makers, including airhorns, whistles, or similar items. This helps ensure that all families can hear and enjoy this important moment for our graduates.
This will be a clear bag event. Only clear bags or Ziploc-style bags no larger than 12” x 12” will be allowed. Backpacks, purses, and other non-clear bags will not be allowed into the stadium unless they are smaller than 4” x 8.5”, such as a small clutch. Diaper bags and medical equipment bags will be allowed but will be thoroughly searched.
Please do not bring posters, BigHeads, banners, signs, umbrellas, or anything that may block the view of others. Alcohol, balloons, airhorns, whistles, fireworks, and weapons of any kind are not allowed.
For added safety, all guests and graduates will pass through metal detectors at the entrance gates. All bags will be checked before entry. Please arrive early and allow extra time for the entry and screening process.
Anyone found with prohibited items will not be allowed to enter with those items and may be denied entry or removed from the event. Guests who bring a non-clear bag larger than a small clutch will be required to return the bag to their vehicle before entering.
Thank you for helping us provide a safe, organized, and positive graduation experience for our students, families, and guests.
